Hiya! I’m a 20F third-year English and Economics major at UC Davis. I’m looking for a quiet place to live close to bus stops, groceries, etc. I’m friendly, communicative, and accommodating. I keep my living spaces clean, tidy, and harmonious. I can supply plenty of household furniture, appliances, and utensils. My budget for base rent for a single room is under $1100. I love gatherings but would rather avoid having large parties at our place. I also do not do drugs, smoke, or drink, and I would prefer a roommate who does not do drugs or smoke.
