My house is going up for sale very soon and i will be moving. I have a beautiful home and love it very much but i can no longer afford it by myself as my partner and I have parted ways. I’ve been trying to find someone to move into one or both of my spare bedrooms so i don’t have to sell my house but haven’t had any luck at all. So now i’m looking to sell and move soon.

I’m very private and keep to myself however I am also very friendly, polite, and intelligent. I am currently self-employed part-time while studying to get my certification in medical coding. My dog is a girl and she is medium sized and very sweet and friendly and absolutely clean and hasn’t had a single accident in the house for the last 2 years. I do have references for her and myself if you wish. I am also very clean and orderly and I absolutely love to cook and have been told I’m pretty good at it 😉. You will likely benefit from that if you choose lol. But I mostly keep to myself unless I am needed for something. I truly cherish peace and quiet at my age now so that will be important to me wherever I am staying.

Also, i tried to complete all 3 of the verifications on here but it kept giving me an error message? I’m willing to verify these things directly and ahead of time, with whomever considers renting to me.
