I am a 44-year-old divorcee who is starting life over. I started a new, full-time job in December. I am clean and quiet, and I prefer to share a residence with someone who is the same. I get up early during the week, so quiet nights are a must. I am happy to chip in with equal amounts of housekeeping, and I am considerate if/when having a guest (which would only be some weekends if at all).

Most of the time I have my headphones on if I am watching TV or gaming, which is how I spend most of my time. If you like gaming (board or video games), that would be cool too! I drink very occasionally, but I do use marijuana recreationally, although usually in edible or vape form (I currently live in a weed-free environment, so I keep things clean and discreet).
