I’m looking for a separate ADU/cottage in the South San Jose area. I would prefer a 1br place but a large studio could also work for me. I would like it to have a kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit. I’m hoping for a long-term rental. I’ve been renting my current place for 21 years. Unfortunately the recent rent increase has priced me out. I’m clean, quiet, respectful and always pay rent on time. Please let me know if you have anything available that meets my needs.
