Hi! I’m looking to team up with 1–2 more responsible roommates to establish a calm, quiet, comfortable 2-3-bedroom home in Beverly Hills or select SFV / LA areas. I’ve already found 1 person, and now I’m looking for 1–2 other good-fit people to complete the group.

Quiet is very important to me, so I’m hoping to find respectful people who communicate well, value cleanliness, and are serious about creating a peaceful home environment. I have cats, I don’t smoke, and I’m okay with small pets.

Budget depends on final roommate count, but ideally I’m looking in the range of about $1,000–$1,500+ per person depending on the house and setup.
