I’m a UCLA student, so most of my time is spent in class, studying, or out during the day. I’m very clean and organized, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and living room. I’m respectful of quiet hours and other people’s routines, and I always communicate clearly if anything comes up.

I don’t have pets, I don’t smoke, and I don’t host large gatherings. I’m pretty low-key and easygoing, and I really value living in a calm, comfortable environment. I also pay rent on time and treat the place like it’s my own.

I’m looking for a peaceful, respectful household where everyone can focus on their own goals but still be friendly and considerate.
