Hi! I’m looking for someone to move into my current house in the spring, as my current housemate is leaving around then. It’s a 2 bedroom 1.5ish miles off campus in the Jefferson Westside area and rent is $845/mo.

My name is Rishi, and I’m a PhD student in human physiology at UO. Given my schooling, I’m generally a pretty busy person and not at home a ton except for evenings. I also like to run/exercise most days and cook 1-2 days a week.

I believe that communication is very important in a living situation, and am happy to discuss any expectations you may have.
