Hi! I’m a friendly, thoughtful adult looking for a furnished room in a peaceful, respectful home. I receive Social Security Disability benefits , so my income is stable and reliable, and paying rent on time is something I take seriously.

I’m pretty low-key and easy to live with. I enjoy quiet time, reading, watching TV / movies, being on my phone, and keeping my space comfortable and calm. I’m not into partying or chaos, and I really value a home that feels safe, relaxed, and considerate of everyone living there.

I do have some health limitations, so I’m hoping to find a household that’s understanding and laid-back. I’m clean, mindful of shared spaces, and communicate openly if something comes up. I believe a good home is built on mutual respect and kindness.
