Christian woman, very tidy, social. I love to cook healthy meals. I follow a vegetarian, plant based diet, but it does not bother me if roomate(s) are not vegetarians. I’m only interested in homes that include all utilities, Wi-fi. accese to the common areas and include parking. My rate is *FIRM, as I work full-time and do not use a lot of utilities.

I do prefer clean and neat roommates, that clean up after themselves, keep common areas clean.

I’m not interested in any 420 -friendly homes. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, or have overnight guests. Roommates who smokes party, do the clubs scene, drink or have their boyfriend/girlfriend over. While I don’t judge others that engage in these, because of my beliefs, and value system it will not be a good match.

I’m looking to rent from another lady/ladies with like-minded values, and lifestyle:)

I am VERY respectful of other’s space, privacy and property and would like to ensure the same for my comfort and privacy. Preference given to home that allow secure lock installed, ie number keypad, or lock, at my expense, which can be easily replaced with original door knob at the end of tenancy. Length of stay: Three months to start. To ensure we’re mutually a great fit. Would stay up to a year if we get on well. 😇

For safety and peace of mind, I do require background checks and will be happy to undergo one as well. If our values are aligned, I look forward to meeting you roomies!🌼
