Hi I’m Finn. I’m starting grad school this Spring, and looking for short term stays/mo-to-mo/subleases as someone not working full time currently. Clean background, respectful, and looking to share space with likeminded people.

-Looking for a room under $700 for at least 2 months ideally.

-I have 2 part time jobs with paystubs.

-Open to roommates with pets. I have one adult cat that is neutered and litter trained.

-I don’t have kids or guests that will enter the property, it’s fine if you do, just please communicate beforehand.

-Open to teaming up for applications and subleases, preferably with others 21+.
