I’m relocating from Ohio to Minneapolis and looking for a stable place where I can settle in and focus on work. I rely on public transportation, so access to reliable transit is important. Having a grocery store within walking distance is ideal, but not required.

I’m looking for a short‑term lease (3 months preferred), with the option to extend to 6 months once I’m established. I have a financial buffer that comfortably covers rent, utilities, and living expenses during the initial period while I secure employment.

Laundry in‑unit or on‑site would be a big plus. I’m aiming for a smooth move‑in process and would be ready to sign and move in immediately once the right place is found.

My goal is simply to get stable housing in Minneapolis so I can work, build momentum, and extend my lease long‑term if everything aligns well.
