Yearly employment routine approximately five months HVAC heating and air conditioning, five months driving for Lyft, two months mountain, hiking, traveling, restaurants, etc. I am calm, quiet and easy to live with. I value a peaceful and comfortable home environment, I am respectful of shared spaces and other people’s routines. I am organized, responsible, and communicative I always do my part to keep common areas, clean and drama free, I enjoy a good balance between personal space and friendly interaction, which helps create a relaxed and positive place to live.
