I’m a relaxed, respectful, and clean roommate who values a calm home during the week with occasional socializing. I work most days and am home in the evenings. I enjoy keeping shared spaces tidy, share chores fairly, and communicate openly to address things early.

I’m friendly and open to becoming friends with my roommate, prefer quieter nights, and am okay with smoking outside. I’m fine with pets and guests with a heads-up. I’m reliable, considerate, and able to pay rent ahead of time!
