Im a 56 year old female looking to rent a room in simi valley. I have waldo small retired service dog. Waldo is retired only because his 2 patients have already passed away. So i kept him. I am moving because my current landlord is returning home after a year long stay in a nursing home and needs my room for a full time live in caregiver. I have lived there for 8 years. I have excellent credit score which is in the low 800’s. I am looking for my “Forever” home. Thx for reading
