I am a 41-yr old Female. Been an empty nester for a while now and I would like to downsize and save up money to start travelling. Minimizing my wants and needs are the goal. I am an Introvert. I do love my alone time and space. I believe respect is given on both ends. I am responsible and desire to live a simpler life. I would be a great roomie because I will barely be seen or heard most of the time. And I am CLEAN!!!
