I’m respectful, communicative, and easygoing! I keep shared spaces clean, pay rent and utilities on time, and am mindful of noise and guests

I work from the afternoon into late night, so I’ll most likely have the opposite schedule - which helps keep the apartment quieter and less crowded at any one time.

I’m very social but also value downtime, so I’m happy to hang out or give each other space. If something comes up, I can talk it through calmly and take care of it. Overall, I’m a reliable, considerate roommates who wants a comfortable, positive home :)
