Hi! :) my name is Issy (“ee-cee”) and I am looking for one to two roommates that I can live with come June 1, 2026 when my current lease ends.

I am open to living with men or women, as long as you are respectful and like-minded. Personal space, consideration, and communication are a must! Must be clean, kind, and thoughtful.

Open to living anywhere like Silverlake, Hollywood, Burbank, Pasadena, Studio City, etc. Pretty much anywhere that is a reasonable commute to Glendale! Optimal 3 bed, 3 bath or 2 bed, 2 bath townhomes/apartments. I’m happy to lead the search or look together as well. My budget is $1,200!

I own a beautiful boy cat who is HYPOALLERGENIC. If you are bringing pets, I kindly ask that they are small and hypoallergenic as well.

Here’s a little about me: I work as a filmmaker and sales rep at Bloomingdale’s, so I am not home all of the time. I enjoy being outside in nature, going to the beach, stargazing, having a toke 🍃 (420 friendly), and writing. I am a Taurus, so I’d like our house to be cozy and well-coordinated! If you intend on bringing back random people to the house ALL THE TIME, we may not be a match. But visitors are welcome! Our home should be a sanctuary to a degree. I like to party but I’m a homebody at heart 😝 favorite genres of music are reggaeton, Brazilian funk, indie, folk, and anything international. I’m also a die-hard Heated Rivalry fan. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
