NB: The stay length option does not provide an actual explanation box. I’m looking for, at minimum, 6 months but am open to shorter- and longer-term options as well. Also, for the $600/month, that is not a set in stone amount. I’m open and willing to pay more if needed, but I’d prefer not to go much higher initially. My ID is recently expired, so I am unable to do the ID verification process. However, I am more than willing to video chat, etc. to prove I am who I am. Renewing an ID in Virginia is more complicated than it used to be apparently. ABOUT ME: I am an easygoing guy. I have 2 ESA cats. Both are female, 9 years old, and spayed. They are domestic shorthair cats, and they are well-behaved. I am very open to all kinds of people. Aside from the rent requirements, I am more than willing to and capable of cooking, cleaning, and helping out around the home. I am a gamer (card/video/board), LGTBQIA+ friendly, and I wholly respect and value others’ privacy, safety, and peace of mind.
