Looking for someone to apartment hunt together in the hopes of splitting a 1-year lease on a 2 bed in Upper Manhattan, preferably in Central Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, or Inwood. Max budget 1250 per person per room. Aiming for an April 1 move-in, though very open to moving sooner. About me: I’m 29 and working as an engineer in Fort Lee post grad school. I work 5 days a week in person and have been living in West Harlem for 7 years now. I’m looking to live on the west side to keep my daily commute reasonable. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets due to allergies. I occasionally like hosting friends for get-togethers at home and would extend the same courtesy to you. About you: Likes to keep a clean space, responsible, pays bills on time, respectful and communicative, preferably already lives in the city, and open to collaborating on things that need to get done around the apartment.
