Im a full time server and a full time nursing student (1st year). I’m responsible and clean in common areas and my room. I’m taking school seriously, Monday-Thursday and school Friday-Sunday morning. I can cook as well. I’m quiet too I have my headphones in a lot. I have a dog she’s going to be 10 in February, she loves other humans, dogs and cats and kid friendly. I take her for walks, she’s fully potty trained and quiet too. I go for runs and hikes so I’m not home a lot I feel come summer. Good rental history.
