I’ve been told by prior roommates that I’m a great person to live with. I’m clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces. I enjoy spending time with others through things like board games, movie nights, and good conversations, while also valuing personal space. I’m looking for a calm, friendly home environment that I can contribute to positively. Cleanliness is very important to me because I cook; I do expect everyone to clean up after themselves when they are done using a shared space (I want to be respectful of everyone’s time because no one wants to clean up after grown adults). I am pet friendly and get along best with responsible pet owners. Smoking doesn’t bother me as long as I’m not forced to breath it in from my room or the common space. I swear I’m not a type-A, but I’ve had people take hella advantage without basic boundaries stated. We can definitely have a conversation about some of these things for reasonable compromises. I’m relocating from Nevada for a bit of novelty, ideally starting around mid-August. I plan to be in the area for a few years at minimum so I can settle into life in Duluth.
