Shafiq

Hello, my name is Shafiq. I am a single, 31-year-old professional. I do not smoke, drink, or use any drugs. I work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at a mental health clinic. I have been with the clinic for a year, and I recently transferred my office to Tustin, so I am looking for a room to rent nearby.

I am a clean, responsible, and quiet tenant. I usually spend my time focused on work and workouts after my job. My parents occasionally visit me—they live in the San Fernando Valley, so I sometimes travel to see them.
