I am new to PCB and moved for career. I am coming from Florida East Coast (St. Augustine, FL). I am very easy going and non confrontational. Just looking for a good home to rest after work. I will sometimes go back East on weekends to visit family or be on some golf course. I am open minded and can get along with all personalities / genders / preferences. Life is too short to even worry. It’s 2026 and I just appreciate you opening up your home to me. I will surly not judge your welcome into your home. I am actually capable of helping around the home. I will respect your property fully and have accountability. I look forward to meeting you and being interviewed. Everything I own fits in a Honda Civic and very minimalist. I love and miss my cat back East but not a deal breaker if she is not allowed. She has all her vacs but I am staying in a condo currently here. If you have any questions please ask.
