My picture is one my friend took while I was hula hooping! :) I’m a single mature woman, no kids or pets. I’m quiet, considerate and always pay rent on time. I’m a tom-boy type who likes to DIY, figure things out and fix it myself if I can. I’m a caregiver and helpful if needed, but at the same time, prefer to keep to myself and use where I live as a place to refuel. I would ideally like to find a room with its own bathroom and for around $1,000 a month. I get along with both male and female roommates equally, I believe people should be considerate of others and that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. “Live and let live” is a good saying to follow.
