North County local looking for a room to move into ASAP.

I work full time in Carlsbad as a sales manager for a Health and Life insurance agency. My schedule is steady, usually 6:30am to 6pm, so I’m out most of the day and keep a predictable routine.

I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. I pay on time, respect shared spaces, and mostly spend evenings at the gym, having dinner, or winding down.
