Ely & Seth

Hi, my name is Ely. My partner Seth and I are looking to rent in Modesto until Summer of 2027. After that, we plan to move to the Sacramento/Davis area for school. I work part time and go to MJC full time, and Seth works full-time.

We’re clean and tidy but not intense about chores. We like to treat our environment with care and have a peaceful home. We have one cat who is clean, quiet and mostly stays in our room. He would do great as an only pet, but could become adjusted to other pets with time. We smoke occasionally, but only outside and never inside. We’re respectful about it and want roommates who are okay with it, even if they don’t smoke themselves.

We don’t expect forced friendships or constant interaction, but we’re friendly and open to talking if that’s the vibe. Mostly, we just care about mutual respect and feeling comfortable at home.
