I’m a respectful, reliable, and easygoing person who values a clean, calm, and cooperative home. I’ve lived with the same roommate for over 10 years, which I think says a lot about my ability to communicate, be considerate, and maintain a stable living environment. I regularly help with shared responsibilities—cleaning common areas, handling odd jobs and chores, and even maintaining things like the landlord’s koi pond—because I believe everyone should contribute. I work professionally for the county in public health, keep a steady schedule, and spend much of my free time volunteering, helping my parents, or focusing on positive hobbies. I’m mindful of shared spaces, respectful of personal boundaries, and easy to get along with. I value a home that feels safe, comfortable, and drama-free, and I treat my roommates’ space and belongings with care.
