I’m a quiet, clean, kind, and warm, & conscientious they/them with great credit, references, & steady income. I’m the president of a company in the South Bay but as of May 2026 I’ll be living in SF with my wife & will need a permanent place to stay about 4 nights during the week when I need to be in office down here; generally speaking that’s Monday-Thursday night. It’ll be just me, wife will stay at our home in SF with our adorable puppy Rosie <3

My routines will be pretty consistent while living together as I’ll be focused on work and fitness: wake up about 5/6a for a morning workout like hot yoga, pilates, cycling, rollerblading, or jogging then I’ll shower & leave for the office around 8/830a; I’ll be home about 630p to get cozy before relaxing for the evening either by reading, quietly playing some video games, or watching some TV/movies (can be together or separately); bedtime will be around 9/930p. My meals will most likely be eaten at the office, so I don’t anticipate doing much cooking in-house.

I’m AMAB but queer and femme-leaning gender fluid, so I prefer to live in a feminine energy environment with other trans women or cis-women, but I could be open to living with trans men or cis-men who are allies & don’t mind my girly things (e.g. perfumes, clothes, nail polish, makeup, etc). I just want to be comfortable being myself when I’m home because I have to mask up & be more “traditional” when I leave for work. Music is my passion; I write songs and I’m a classically trained rock singer who also enjoys show tunes & Disney songs. I like nerd culture stuff, health & fitness, & watching sports sometimes.

I’m eco-friendly, love plants & animals, I don’t drink or smoke, & I respect people’s alone time but can be social as well. I’d like a roommate situation where we can be friendly & comfortable in a safe & uplifting environment full of peace, warmth, and good vibes.
