Miggy

My name is Miggy. I’m a working professional with the Franchise Tax Board for the State. I have a stable, full-time income, and very good credit. I work primarily in-office with a consistent schedule and keep a very quiet, low-key routine at home. I can verify my good credit score, earnings, and my current landlord who can vouch for how reliable and consistent I am as a tenant. I’ve never missed a payment after years living in the space they rented out to me.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I work great with both lively and/or reserved households. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets but am pet-friendly, and don’t host overnight guests. I’m also used to living in mixed-gender households with students and working professionals. I’m mostly independent, friendly, and also likes to go hiking, playing videos games, and enjoy illustrating art on the side; homebody for the most part haha.
