I’m a disabled, queer 21 year old who is looking for a disability and pet friendly space in Bull Run Manassas, Manassas City (around GTS or near BR) and Manassas Park (near the VRE). My maximum budget is $500 due to my restrictions on working. I have a 5 yr old dog who is incredibly sweet but shy around new people so he needs time to warm up. I keep to myself but love to bake all kinds of things alongside cooking. I am willing to cook or bake for you as well if we can negotiate a rent price. I prefer an unfurnished room as I already have my own furniture and bed. I don’t drink/smoke, and only drink in social settings. I’m a bit of a night owl but am in the process of fixing that lol. One thing i am asking for is a shared kitchen and refrigerator alongside cabinet space since I like to cook and bake.
