Hi my name is Sabrina, I’m 23 years old I’m looking to rent a room, I want something more long term than where I am currently renting, lease wise preferably a 1 year lease minimum, I do have furniture so I would like a unfurnished room, due to personal reasons I’m looking to move as soon as January 12th 2026 from my current living situation, I prefer a quiet living environment, I’m disabled and draw social security my income is stable and guaranteed each month so payment will never be a issue with me, I am a very laid back person as long as you respect me I will respect you, I tend to stay to myself and I like it that way, I’m planning on getting a part time job once I’m somewhere I know I will be long term and am able to settle down, I was homeless for 5 years been living where I am currently living for a few months now, I just don’t like the environment it’s not for me if you have anymore questions just ask me feel free to message me or text my number
