Hi! I’m Thama — 34 years old, clean, respectful, and easygoing professional looking to rent a room in a calm, friendly home. I’m the kind of roommate who’s considerate about shared spaces, communicates clearly, and keeps things peaceful (think: tidy kitchen, quiet evenings, and paying rent on time without drama).

A bit about me: I work as an Executive Assistant with Duke Energy McGuire Nuclear, and my schedule is 6:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, so I’m typically out early and home in the evenings. I’m reliable, organized, and big on keeping shared spaces tidy and peaceful. Rent is never an issue — I earn $80,000/year and always pay on time.

I’d also be moving with my tuxedo cat, who’s 10 years old and basically the definition of “chill.” He’s well-trained, litter box perfect, not destructive, and spends most of his time napping, supervising from a comfy spot, or politely asking for a snack. He’s friendly but not in-your-face — more “sweet housemate” than “wild kitten energy.”

I’m looking for a safe, respectful space with good vibes, where everyone values cleanliness, privacy, and mutual consideration. Ideally looking for a large bedroom with either an en suite bathroom or private bathroom. I’d also be open to renting two rooms in order to gain more private space.
