I’m moving from Texas for law school and I will definitely be studying a lot, so I really value a calm, respectful place to live. I’m easygoing, clean in shared spaces, and mindful of noise and schedules. I communicate well and like keeping things low stress at home. I also have a cat (Phoebe) who’s well-behaved and on a solid routine. I’m friendly and supportive but pretty focused during the week, so home is more of a recharge-and-study space than a party spot.
