Interested in a private room w/own bathroom. I currently live in the valley but am looking to move back to Anchorage for a bit due to my jobs and dislike of commuting. I plan to stay in Alaska for just another year so would prefer to rent a room vs an apartment with long lease and save money. I don’t smoke, drink, no pets, have 2 jobs. My full time job is hybrid so I would be working from home a bit during the week. I’m relatively tidy, I don’t cook so no worries about messes in the kitchen.
