I’m a 32-year-old veteran currently relocating and in transition while I finalize my long-term housing through the VA. In the meantime, I’m looking for a stable, peaceful place for myself and my two children (ages 5 and 2).

I share custody with their father, so my children will not be in the home full-time. The primary purpose of securing a room is to establish school enrollment and stability for them during this transition period while my housing situation is being processed.

I’m respectful, clean, and very mindful of shared spaces. I value a calm, low-drama home environment that feels safe and comfortable rather than chaotic. I do not smoke, and I prioritize quiet, consistency, and mutual respect with anyone I live with.

I handle my responsibilities, pay bills on time, and communicate directly and respectfully. I’m easy to live with and considerate of others’ space and routines.
