I visited The Villages for a couple of weeks about two years ago and absolutely fell in love with the incredible amount of activities and vibrant community—especially as a single female looking for an engaging, safe, and fun environment. At 69 years young, I’m one of the most active women my age: I play pickleball almost every day and thrive on staying busy with all the recreation, events, and social opportunities The Villages offers. I currently own a home in Baja, Mexico, but there’s just not enough activity there to match my energy level. I have no pets. I’m very responsible and tidy, and would care for a home as if it were my own. I’m seeking a small, furnished home (1-2 bedrooms is plenty) that includes an e-bike, golf cart, or both for easy access to everything. I’d love to find a home in the 32163 zip code, if possible. My budget is $1200 for the month with minimal add-on fees. I’m open to discussing options and would be an ideal, low-maintenance tenant. My credit score is in the 800s.
