Even though the budget is on the lower side, that’s for like rent only if utilities are separate. I’d be willing to pay more for a place with utilities included. Obviously I’m looking for a home and don’t have one to offer to a roommate, but maybe one day when I can regain financial freedom. I’m fairly quiet, stay to myself, very cleanly, house will stay clean, I dont not bother other people’s things, feel like I can get a long with just about everyone. Just need someone to give me a chance. I hate to say this bc it use to not really be an issue but I lean heavily left on the political spectrum. I can and have no issues living with a Republican so long as they don’t make politics their entire life. I’d rather not have to deal with an uncomfortable living situation bc we don’t see ete to eye making it harder to get along. I do smoke cigarettes and I know that’s a deal breaker for many but I have enough respect to do it outside and not leave my butts laying around. Just thing to start my life over somewhere different after a decades long bad relationship now that my children have all reached adulthood. Any questions feel free to ask. I’m an open boom since we would be living together and I wouldn’t want to impose on anyone. I’m very respectful and I do expect the same in return.
