The room will be primarily for me, Lori, but my boyfriend Tony would be staying with me several nights a week and most likely moving in at any given time in the near future so we’re just applying together so it’s easier for everyone. 🙂 We are quite possibly literally the almost perfect roommates because we don’t party, we stay to ourselves and never have company of any kind we only have a couple friends and we enjoy our space being ours so no strange people at the house that you don’t know, and just mess around with indoor hobbies or go outside away from the home and hike or wander around on adventures, we’re not loud, we keep our space clean and do cook quite often but clean up from that before we even sit down to eat and we are extremely quiet and respectful. You probably won’t even notice where they’re half the time lol. The only time you’d notice I’m home is if I’m singing along to my music but don’t worry I’ve vocally trained my entire life so so at the very least no ear assault lol and we’re pretty nocturnal but respect that most of the world is not so it wouldn’t be an unwanted midnight serenade either. As for smoking he smokes outside and I just vape, usually indoors in my room since it doesn’t stick to anything or leave residue and such but I’d be willing to switch to outside if absolutely necessary. We’re 420 friendly just rarely partake, and we’re very much your business is your business friendly as long as it’s not severely negatively affecting us like in a dangerous kind of way. Whatever floats your boat Captain as long as it don’t sync mine pretty much lol. 😆 I do have a service dog personally she is federally registered her name is Ginger and she is a 12-year-old boxer mix, and if he were to actually permanently fully move in at any point Tony has a 12-year-old cat that doesn’t bother anyone or make noise or anything like that she doesn’t do anything but sleep hence the being old I suppose lol. Right now that’s not an issue because he’s only going to be staying with me off and on but if you were to move in I want full transparency off the rip. Budget at this point including everything is $800 absolutely tops and expectedly that would be unfurnished. Currently we live in Fredericksburg 22401 and would like to stay in this area if possible but will absolutely consider anywhere in Fredericksburg as long as the fxbg bus line is accessible from home like within reasonable walking distance probably around 15min or less to a bus stop.
