I’m 43 years old, quiet, respectful, and keep to myself. I have a stable full-time job at Amazon, a good credit score, and a clean background.

My work schedule is consistent. From Sunday through Wednesday, I leave home around 3:30 PM and return around 4:00 AM. Because of that, I usually sleep until around 11:00 AM–12:00 PM. I’m always very mindful of being quiet when coming home late at night and respectful of other people’s schedules.

I don’t have pets, and I don’t smoke, drink, or use marijuana. I also have no interest in parties or a party-style household.

I’m clean, responsible, and value a calm, peaceful living environment where everyone respects each other’s space and routine.

I usually meal prep and cook healthy food once or twice a week. Having access to the kitchen is important to me, as maintaining a healthy diet is part of my lifestyle. For that reason, I’m mainly interested in homes where kitchen access is available.
