Hi! My name is Angel (26)

I work full-time in Human Resources for a disability services company. My schedule is hybrid—4 days remote, 1 day in-office in Riverside (near UCR).

I’m looking to rent a room for 6–12 months as I transition out of my family home. I have stable income (~$4,000/month net) and a consistent full-time schedule.

I would also be moving in with a friend (male) who is a student at Loma Linda University. He has a similar budget and lifestyle, and we’re both looking for a place together—either renting rooms or potentially finding a third roommate to share a place.

About me: I’m very clean, organized, and respectful. I value a calm, comfortable living environment and open communication. I’m flexible with roommate dynamics—I can keep to myself, but I’m also friendly and open to occasionally hanging out, watching TV, or sharing meals depending on the vibe.

Important (Pets): I do have two service dogs (Apollo + Athena). They are professionally trained, quiet, and very well-behaved—most people don’t even notice they’re around. • Always supervised or with me • Kennel trained if needed • I arrange sitters when necessary

They are a big part of my life but very low-disruption.

Move-in & Budget: I’m looking for a move-in sometime between July–December (flexible), with a budget of ~$1,000–$1,200 per person.
