I am an easy going retired male. Quiet but friendly. I am a smoker however I don’t smoke indoors or even on the property if not allowed. I like to keep clean and neat, especially shared areas. Was forced out of previous apartment due to roommate moving out and unable to get a new one quickly enough before they rented my unit.
