Hello! Not in a huge rush to move but seeing what potential options/team-ups are out there closer to Downtown L.A. and am flexible with the time-frame. Open to all ages/genders/occupations. I am mainly looking for someone who holds the same values of being clean, respectful, and considerate.
I’m a very laid-back, down-to-earth person who will occasionally crack the lame dad joke. I’m a former Marine and am currently pursuing an MBA at Cal Poly Pomona. I work in a well-established career, 3 days remote/2 days in office. 800+ credit score. I’ll be in my room/home-office while working from home, so I won’t cramp your style if you enjoy your space.
I have a super calm and affectionate rescue cat who will be tagging along and welcome any friendly animals of your own. Some hobbies of mine include going to the gym, horror movies, rooftop bars/restaurants, gaming, and random adventures. I won’t usually have company over, but have no issues if you do on the weekends.
