I need a place to stay or to team up and rent somewhere. I was living in an extremely expensive apartment but moved out because it was unsustainable. However, I don’t have CURRENT full time work (this year I worked a seasonal job that starts again in February, contract roles, etc.), and I’m proactively interviewing for positions in January. Temporarily couch surfing and need a more permanent amenity that’s not $1000/month.

I don’t: drink, smoke, take cannabis / drugs, or party. No drama, no sudden sexual partners without forewarning. Former engineer and experienced professional. I have no children, partners, or pets.
