I am exceptionally neat, clean, quiet, and respectful. I am a government pilot and I was recently assigned to work full-time at March Air Reserve Base. I own a home in Spokane, WA, that I am keeping, and I will be traveling back and forth occasionally to see my children and grandchildren. My latest credit score was 830. I prefer only Moreno Valley, Perris, and Northeast Riverside. Even though I am 68, I am closer to 38 in health and fitness. I have a kitchen and shower at my work, so I won’t need much access to the kitchen, nor will I use much water. I am only interested in a master suite with a good sized closet.
