Hello! I am a young 47. College educated and well traveled. Going through a divorce after 27 years married. Needing a cozy and comfortable place to live - preferably furnished. I am retired early due to an autoimmune condition but am healthy. Don’t mind outside smokers but no inside. Can’t do cats. Very allergic. Super friendly and kind. Like a tidy place and would like a place where from time to time I could have friends over or the occasional visitor. Super laid back and love no drama.

Need a place for at least 3 months but can do up to 12 under the right circumstances.
