I am a newly divorced 46 year old female. I work from home as a sales agent for an insurance company Mon-Fri during the day, and I am also in a band. I am usually at rehearsals a couple of times a week throughout the weekday and on the weekends I am usually out of town doing gigs with my band. I am a quiet, clean and trustworthy person and I am willing to provide character references as needed. I am seeking a room to rent for at least 1 year as I am in the process of reestablishing myself “post divorce”. I do not party or do drugs. I am looking to rent from a responsible person.
