Steve Vargas

I am a computer programmer (VR, AR, Web Development) and 3D Virtual Tour/Real Estate Photographer Specialist. I work 50% or less remotely and the rest of the time on location. I would like to set up a work station that can fit 2 large monitors.

Guitarist I play with headphones or below TV volume level or rehearse outside of the home in a studio. I am a member of AA since 1/28/1988 I don’t preach but prefer a alcohol and drug free place to call home.

I am friendly, considerate, helpful and quiet. Because of the nature of my work I keep to myself and mind my own business. :)

I own a Harley Davidson I would love space for a it in a garage for evenings - my motorcycle stays outside most warm days. I do ride daily. I also own 1 car. I have owned 2 homes. I am looking to rent after a divorce and looking to minimize my life style.
