Hii, My name is Oghosasere, and I am going to be continuing my 2-year, full-time master’s study at George Washington University, DC, after the end of this summer break.

I am looking for a shared flat with preferably all female flatmates.

My rent budget is around $800 per month. I’ll NEED a fully furnished room.

I would also need a 12-month (renewable) lease.

A private/ensuite bathroom is preferred, but I would take shared bathrooms.

I CANNOT live with smokers of any kind due to my sensory sensitivities.
