I’m 28 years old. I was a classics major in school. I’m working at a beer distribution company now.

I’m a neat person, helpful, respectful and kind. I am completely adaptable, so I can assumr whatever kind of living arrangement you have in mind. (I.e., bachelor pad with communal chores, tenant who stays out of common space etc…) I can read the room.

I’m educated and make more than enough money to pay. I have no bad habits really, no alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, gambling, illegal behavior, laziness, anger etc…

I’m pretty personable. Most people tend to like me. I play accoustic guitar, am interested in tutoring French and Latin, am a big NY sports fan, and enjoy reading and writing.
