I am a retired college graduate in my sixties, and I currently live in Rocklin CA. It’s important to me to remain in Placer County because of my commitments there.

I’m looking for a room to share with one or two people living in Placer County. The description of my needs is on my listing.

I’m generally quiet and prefer to keep to myself, doing my activities in my room. I don’t cook, so minimum kitchen privileges and a shared bathroom are fine.

I don’t have any problems getting along with people; all I ask is for respect and communication of what is expected from a prospective roommate.
